Fanni Máté is a survey statistician who started her PhD in 2017 at ELTE University Faculty of Social Sciences. Her supervisors are Júlia Koltai and Domonkos Sik. Since September 2017 she also serves as an Assistant Lecturer at ELTE Faculty of Social Sciences at the Department for Social Research Methodology. During her studies she worked as a junior researcher in various projects and topics, and has got experience in quantitative and qualitative research methodology, survey design and data analysis. Her Ph.D. research topics are the sociological aspects of depression and the applicability of Natural Language Processing in this field.
